Feedback will be focus on the Pastoral ministries of the church to ensure Sunday School, Bible Study, and sermons are lining up.
Provide insight on time management of ministries, to ensure there is balance and no ministry are neglected.
Consult with the Pastor/Church in private to discuss observations and recommendations.
